Ordering

Q: How do I order?

A: There are two ways to order.

1. Search for the article(s) you are looking for by using the Search Site feature. Click on "Add to Order" to select the desired item.  You can also click on the small photo to display a large photo. When you are done shopping or in whatever moment desires it, select "Order" to fill in your shipping and billing information.

When you are done filling in your shipping and billing information, please click on "Connecting to Secure Server" to submit your order. Verify that your information is correct, then submit "Send the Order".

2. Once filled the order to use the option BY FAX, to print the page and to send it to one of the fax numbers that they will appear in top to the page.

Order Acknowledgment & Confirmation

Q: Will I receive an order acknowledgment or confirmation?

A: After submitting your order, you will receive an copy of the order you submitted via e-mail, at the e-mail address you provided in your order, confirming that the order was successfully submitted. This e-mail order acknowledgment is the only acknowledgment that you will receive from us. In addition, you will also receive a copy of our terms and conditions of doing business, which is sent from our auto-responder, acknowledging that your order was received. Please read them over carefully. They are the same terms and conditions that are explained on this page.

Q: Can you send me a discreet package?

A: Intimo Italiano, Inc. is committed to providing privacy from the minute you walk into our site to the day that your order arrives on your front step. We don't want you to have any worries about ordering something from us and having it shipped to your front door. This is why we place our products to be shipped in discreet packaging. We also don't want your loved one finding out what the gift is that you just got for them.

Delivery

Q: How long does it take for delivery?

A: Please allow 7-21 days for delivery. This is an estimate based on average order processing times. It is not a guarantee. Delivery may vary depending on a wide variety of factors and may change from time to time. We try to deliver all orders in this time, however, certain articles may take longer. We carry over 2,000 items in our inventory and try to stock all popular colors and styles for quick delivery.

Q: Do you offer express service?

A: In the confirmation of order you will receive the costs and the possible alternatives for the consignment of your goods. Normally the choice is by air-mail with certified packet or through a express service type FEDEX or UPS.

Item Availability

Q: Can you tell me if a certain article is in stock?

A: We could, but this would be very misleading. We are a mail order business, not a retail store. Our computer systems are not set up for stock checks, but our friendly staff may offer to manually check for you. What they cannot see, however, is if the article is due in tomorrow, or if the article they see in stock has already been allocated against another customer order. For these reasons, stock checks provide very misleading information, from which to base a decision. We receive deliveries every day.

Q: How can I pay for my purchase?

A: We provide the widest variety of payment options available to satisfy all of our customer's needs:

Q: I don't feel safe sending my credit card information over the internet.

A: We understand. We offer a variety of options for you to choose from to satisfy this concern.

1. We offer SECURE credit card transaction using Verisign Secure Server or a PayPal secure Gateway.

2. You can go through the entire order process and then choose the payment option to call or fax in your credit card data.

3. Go through the entire order process up to the point where you have verified that your order information is correct, then instead of choosing to "Accept and Process Order", simply print the page out on your local printer and fax it to us.

Q: If I pay by credit card, when will my credit card be charged.

A: A pre-sale authorization is obtained from your card company at the moment you submit your order. However, your card will NOT be charged UNTIL the time of shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

Q: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Thirthy-Days Refund/Exchange Policy

A: Any article purchased from Intimo Italiano may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked. To be eligible for exchange or refund the article must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in it's original packaging. The date of purchase is determined by the date of shipment.
Please contact our customer service department to assist you with your return, services@intimoitaliano.com , specify if you prefer to be refunded or wish a replacement with another style. Your refund or reshipment will be immediate upon arrival of goods at Intimo italiano. Shipping charges are not refunded.   

Q: How do I return a purchase for exchange/refund

A: To return an article for exchange or refund, please send the article back to us FREIGHT PREPAID and, for your protection, INSURED. Please explain the reason for the exchange in writing in the package. We will not accept packages sent freight collect or with inadequate postage.

Order Cancellation Policy

Q: What is your Order Cancellation Policy?

A: Orders may be canceled within three (3) days of placement without penalty of a cancellation fee. Any order canceled after three (3) days from date of placement will be assessed a 10% order cancellation fee.

Changes to Order

Q: Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

A: As soon as you place your order, a copy will be mailed to the e-mail address you provided. Please check it over carefully. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call us toll-free, or e-mail or fax us with your desired changes. Changes to orders not yet shipped may be made without penalty. Any order changed after it has been shipped will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs - International

Q: How much will I pay for shipping elsewhere in the world?

A: International shipping charges vary from country to country. They range from US$10 to US$50 depending on the shipping address and weight of the package. If you wish to order a Intimo Italiano product for delivery outside of the Italy, please place your order and we will calculate the shipping charges and include them in the e-mail confirmation of your order. Normally the choice is by air-mail with certified packet or through a express service type FEDEX or UPS. If you determine the shipping charges are unacceptable you may cancel your order at that time. Make sure to include an e-mail address for us to send a confirmation to. We combine multiple orders received within a 48 hour period into a single order to save on shipping charges.
