We add a fixed delivery charge of €. 8.00 to all sales. This will be added when you checkout; it's a single charge so the more pairs you buy the better value you get.

All orders are sent using the Italian Post Office's "Priority Mail" service within one working day of receipt of your order.

Estimated delivery times are one working day within Italy, three days to the UK and the rest of Europe, and 6-8 days to the US and Canada. We cannot, however, guarantee that your underwear will arrive within these times. We will email you to tell you when we have shipped your order.

We'll pack your order in an firm box and send it to You, complete with Receipt for easy returns and exchanges within 10 days. Please keep the Reciept within 10 days after recieving the mailpiece. We are taking care of our reputation for quality and excellent value. If bra does not fit righ, You can return this item for refund or exchange to another style and size.

• You can return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange within 10 days after recieving the items. No restocking fee.

• Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, be in the same condition as received, must have original labels and (or) tags and must be in the original  packing. Do NOT remove HYGIENIC PROTECTION swimwear's bottom. We ask You be accurate with return item. Thank You.

• You may use the same box, just cover the original shipping label by the new one. Blank Priority Mail® shipping label for return or exchange will be found in the box.

• Include the  original reciept with the item(s). Circle on the reciept the item(s) name(s) you want to return or exchange. For exchange -- include an explanation of the item name, color, and size you would like in exchange. Just write this information on the reciept.
  We do NOT charge for reshipping exchanged items.

• We will refund money to the same credit card, used in the original order only! No exclusions!!! No exeptions! This is a mandatory.
• We provide money refund within 5-7 business days after recieving the "return item". You will be notified about refund transaction by  e-mail letter from the Visa, Mastercard, Amex NPC/ Authorize.net Payment Processor.
• Refund ammount  will appear on your acount in DEBIT column in 3-8 days. It's easy to check if You have internet access to your bank account.
• Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card's  printed statement (depending on your bank billing cycles).
• We can send "Exchange item" to the same address used in the original order only. No exclusions!
• NOTE : We send the returned or exchanged items to our brick&mortar store. So we guarantee that you will never recieve a returned or exchanged item.
